Francisco is an outdoors enthusiast, birdwatcher, and Senior Marketing Manager at Birda, where he creates and implements strategies to grow Birda's thriving community of birdwatchers worldwide. With a BA in Marketing and an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Exeter, Francisco combines his expertise in marketing with a passion for storytelling and the natural world. Over his 16-year career, he has worked across several fields, most recently as the Marketing Manager for Thrive, championing youth mental health. He founded the People of Devon Project, a celebration of life stories that inspired a BBC Radio Devon series and has co-authored three children's books. His writing style blends conversational humor with vivid description, reflecting his desire to connect to readers.
